Hanna is a seasoned Managing Director possessing a diverse skill set and comprehensive expertise in multiple facets of business management. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, Hanna has consistently demonstrated a robust proficiency in negotiation, sales and business strategy , operational management, and the adept leadership of cross-functional teams.
Presently, Hanna assumes the role of Head of Sigma Software Canada, where she leads the company's operations within the Canadian market.
Hanna is actively involved in various community initiatives and is a board member in a non-profit organization. Her strong commitment and enthusiasm toward advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives are evident. She serves as a mentor to women and non-binary individuals in the nascent stages of their careers, offering guidance to navigate their professional trajectories and attain their objectives.
Hanna's accomplishments include receiving the Strong Woman in IT 2023 recognition and being nominated for the Speaker of the Year Award by WomenTech Network, as well as being a nominee for the DEI Champion of the year title at the Startup Community Awards in Montreal.
