Ihor enjoy building great projects and turning them into miracles. It took him over 10 years to learn the secrets of tech and innovative ecosystems worldwide. And now Ihor is building the resilient and brave Ukrainian tech ecosystem despite the war and all the other issues. Ihor is a unique manager with a legal, investment, and tech background.
Over the past three years, Ihor launched the first governmental agency focused on supporting startups in Ukraine. And now Ukrainian Startup Fund is one of the biggest angel investors in Eastern Europe. For the last 3 years, his team has arranged more than 15 Ukrainian delegations to major tech events all over the world and more than 150 tech events in Ukraine.
Now Ihor launching the Army of Drones Accelerator in Ukraine and boosting the deep tech industry in general.
