Oleksandr Torhun, MBA, is an esteemed leader in life-science & healthcare industries for 20 years with expertise in regulatory strategies, compliance, and market entry within the pharma and biotech sectors. Educated in strategy at Harvard Business School, he's adept in market research and the intricacies of business development and regulatory affairs. At Otipharm Research, his strategic insight has been vital in market entry and global medical & regulatory affairs.
His tenure at a Ukrainian pharmaceutical manufacturer was marked by successfully managing 20 markets, and involved expanding into new markets like Australia. He has received recognition from WHO for his contributions to mRNA vaccine technology transfer. At Ukrainian manufacturer Biopharma-Plasma, he was instrumental in conducting clinical trials and medical affairs for plasma-derived products and biosimilars.
