Bio
Ruslan Kostetsky is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovation Companies (UAFIC).
Ruslan Kostetsky has more than 15 years’ experience in IT with IBM/Cognos, Oracle and SAS solutions, including their implementation and consultancy for banking, retail and telco. Currently he is leading international cooperation stream at UAFIC and is driving promotion of Ukrainian FinTech along with B2B integration of startups. Ruslan is also driver of Ukrainian open banking API HUB initiative of UAFIC dedicated to the implementation of Open Banking in Ukraine.
Before joining UAFIC he worked as country manager at SAS Institute Ukraine where he was responsible for strategy, sales and development on the Ukrainian market.
Ruslan is also a Board Member of Central and Eastern Europe Chapter of the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists.
Before the beginning of Russian aggression, Ruslan started fintechinsider. com.ua Ukrainian online media devoted to the development of Ukrainian FinTech.
Ruslan is heading international charitable foundation UDONation that concentrates on humanitarian mission and assistance to Ukrainians all over the world.
